Program KaizenTour 24
Each program is developed in collaboration with our Japanese partner. The program varies and can be customized for specific interests. For example, we have conducted a Kaizen tour focused on construction for LeanConstruction and a program for a municipality with a focus on Lean and welfare services.

The program is generally determined based on the following template:
- 5-8 company visits with subsequent dialogue with local management
- Full-day Dojo - concrete Lean training with experienced Toyota consultants
- Daily follow-up, aimed at ensuring that each participant, upon returning home, has a clear action plan for how to apply the skills gained from the tour in their own company
- Insight into Japanese culture
The Kaizen tour lasts for 7 days. It starts on Monday morning at Narita Airport (Tokyo) - coinciding with the arrival of the direct flight from Copenhagen. It concludes the following Sunday morning, also at Narita Airport - allowing participants to be back in Denmark by late Sunday afternoon with the direct flight.
Example Program
Day 1: KaizenTour starts at Narita Tokyo / Sightseeing Tokyo
Day 2: Seminar on TPD / Company visit to Nissan Motors Yokohama (focus on automation) / Shinkansen to Nagoya (view of Mount Fuji)
Day 3: Doujo workshop with experienced Toyota experts (Learn to think about improvements like a Japanese)
Day 4: Visit to Toyota Motomachi plant (birthplace of TPS) / Toyota Techno Museum (where it all started in Nagoya)
Day 5: Company visit to Tokai Shinei Electronings. World-famous for its 5S work on multiple levels / Visit to TOTO with a focus on continuous improvements
Day 6: Sightseeing in Kyoto and return to Tokyo by Shinkansen
Day 7: Departure from Japan

Price 4.600 Eur
Upon registration, a deposit of 6,000 DKK is required. The remaining amount is due 2 months before departure.
In case of cancellation up to 2 months before departure, the deposited amount will be fully refunded. In case of cancellation, the deposited amount will be fully refunded.
Terms:
The price includes transportation in Japan, study visits, training days with Toyota experts, hotels, all meals excluding one dinner (you should try dining on your own), shared sightseeing, and English-speaking Japanese guides.
The price does not include what is not mentioned above, including personal expenses, travel insurance, and transportation to and from Japan.
Please note that the tour starts in Tokyo, so participants are responsible for the validity of personal entry documents, including any vaccination requirements.
Airfare Europe / Japan is available from 900 Eur for a roundtrip
