We arrange KaizenTours for closed groups throughout the year. The timing and content are customized based on your wishes and needs. For example, we have organized tours for groups focused on welfare, innovation, and construction.

Our regular autumn tour where the program is tailored in dialogue with the participants. Early October offers ideal weather, similar to a warm August in Northern Europe.

Kaizentour international.

Price may vary - but around 4.000 Euro.

Our Japanese partner arranges Kaizentours year-round. It is always possible to join one of their tours with an international group of participants. Always with English interpretation.

Terms and Conditions:

Upon registration, a deposit of 900 Euro is payable. The remaining amount is due 2 months before departure.

In case of cancellation up to 2 months before departure, the deposited amount is fully refundable. In case of cancellation, the deposited amount is fully refundable.

The price includes transportation in Japan, study visits, training days with Toyota experts, hotels, all meals except one dinner (you should try dining on your own), shared sightseeing, and English-speaking Japanese guides.

The price does not include items not mentioned above, including personal expenses, travel insurance, and transportation to and from Japan.

Please note that the tour starts in Tokyo, so participants are responsible for the validity of personal entry documents, including any vaccination requirements.

Flight transportation to and from Japan is available from 900 Euro for a roundtrip.

Entry requirements for Japan have been significantly eased. Currently, a valid Covid-19 certificate and a visa, obtainable at the airport, are required.
